Beef:
Our beef is premium all natural grass fed Angus. Angus cattle are the premier beef breed because of their ability to produce excellent high quality beef. They naturally produce exceptional marbling in the meat and are outstanding producers on high quality grass. With Angus there is never any question, it is a breed bred to produce beef.
We do not use additive hormones or antibiotics in their diet. A major benefit of raising animals on pasture is that their products are healthier for you. For example, meat from grass-fed beef has less total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories. It also has more vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamin C, and a number of health-promoting fats, including omega-3 fatty acids.
The beef is aged for two weeks then vacuum packaged and frozen.

We can provide you an assortment of steaks, roasts, stew meat, and Hamburg to suit the needs of your family. No order is too small. Call ahead for pick up. Pick up is also available weekly at the Greensboro Farmers Market. The market is open June - October on Thursdays 3 - 6pm.

Whole or Half Angus Beef:
You select the specific cuts you want on the meat cutting form that we provide you. You pay the cutting and wrapping fee. Once your order is processed we contact you to make arrangements for pick up.
Cost: $2.50 per pound hanging weight.
$125 deposit reserves a half.
$250 deposit reserves a whole.
