Chicken:
In 2009 we started raising chickens. They are incredibly popular, so place orders in advance. Ask a neighbor who has purchased one, everybody loves them. That is because we raise them all naturally. The chickens average 5 - 6 pounds when they are processed on the farm at 7 - 8 weeks of age. Reserve as many chicken shares as you like or split a share with friends or family.
Individual chickens are $20 (average weight is 5 - 6 pounds).
